What is the suggested amount of washing , how often should we book? We cater for all types and needs, not only for the dog but also you. We generally set 4 weekly schedules but we also do 2,6 & 8 weekly schedules. With this system we can generally give you a set day and time for each appointment.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

We are dedicated groomers with a very professional approach. We have great communication standards with a series of SMS confirmations and notifications .

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Before quoting we will need to know; Suburb Dog breed Service required Any medical conditions This will save time for both parties with the quoting process and allow us too determine an approximate time frame for the job.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

After the wash I had to remind the guy to give me our pugs collar back (has our details Nd numbers on it) he said yes yes ofcourse, I then took the dog inside come back out to get the collar then he took off, I’ve asked for our collar twice now (almost 2 months later) still not returned, will not be a returning customer Nd will not recommend.
