  Cilene was very warm and welcoming and I felt at ease leaving my pup with her. The salon she has is really well set up and easy to access. When I picked Lola u I wasn't sure what to expect but she looked adorable and smelt amazing. Cilene took the time before I left her to make sure what I wanted and she definetley delivered. I will be very happy to refer her to other friends in the neighborhood.

  Cilene from Best Friend Dog Groomers is friendly and welcoming, outwardly expresses her love for dogs and takes the time and asks the questions to find out exactly what you want. We took our Lagotto to her for a try as she had a thick winter wool coat which had gone through the entire season without too much attention. Our previous groomers were only interested in shaving our dogs back to bare skin following winter which not only caused trauma to the dogs but didn't look particularly good either. Cilene spoke with us at length to understand what we wanted and then set about the challenge. The results were short of spectacular and we couldn't be happier. Not only did our dog look beautiful but she came back relaxed and happy, something we hadn't experienced before. Not only will we return to Best Friend Pet Grooming, we'll be bringing our other Lagotto too. We cannot recommend Cilene enough. Dave and Alice
