We are fully licensed, hold Workers Compensation, Public Liability and business insurance. We are members of the MBA and registered for GST. We have always guaranteed our work since 2009.

Gutter Cleaning is part of BIG boys Building Services and has been in business since 2009 as a progression from Property Development. We offer you anything from residential renovations, additions and re roofing, through to using our Frameless glass products like pool fences & shower screens too.

We have a regular customer who's husband was hurt attempting to clean his gutters. She is so appreciative of us just coming out and looking after that for her so she doesn't have to worry anymore. They can get on with enjoying life now.

'Making it happen' for our clients and having happy customers at the end of the day. We have a great positive and enthusiastic staff which makes each day far more enjoyable and reflects in our work.

Probably whether the company is licensed, and holds Workers Compensation & Public Liability Insurances and GST registered. Are their staff trained 'Working at Heights' and do they wear harnesses whilst on your job. This will easily show you how professional they are.

How much will it cost ? The answer is dependent on your property size and what you need done. We quote quickly so you can make a decision. When can you come out ? Sometimes we get really busy, which is a good thing, but we can usually get to you within a week (weather permitting).

We have ongoing government agency contracts, happy relationships with many Property and Strata Managers and Aged Care Facilities, as well as our regular residential clients.This does not happen if you are not reliable and trustworthy. We jump through all the hoops !

We are the longest serving operator in the Newcastle / Hunter region and have long term established relationships with residential property owners, Real Estate Property & Strata Managers, Aged Care Facilities and Commercial customers etc. These lasting relationships are most important to us.

We need your property address and email and contact details. Whether your property is one story or two. Do you have existing gutter guard on your property and what type. Any access limitations. Also tenants details if the property is tenanted.

For a few hundred dollars per year you can maintain the guttering system on your property and avoid much more costly repair work if water enters your property causing internal damage. We can complete a roof inspection whilst on site to alert you to any roof maintenance issues which saves you money

With years of experience we understand budget restraints for householders. We attempt to give the best price we can and offer service above and beyond. We have many customers on our maintenance program and long lasting contracts with government facilities so our pricing speaks for itself.

How do you normally charge for your service?

For simple gutter cleaning we often use Google Earth to measure the length of guttering that is actually on your property and charge per lineal metre. This can be done very quickly. If maintenance work is required we send an experienced roofer to your site to complete a quote.

We specialise in all gutter cleaning, guttering and roofing maintenance, and gutter guard installation. We can identify where your leak is coming from and formulate a repair plan

Our gutter cleaners and roof plumbers have years of experience working at heights and using harnesses. All staff have current 'Working at Heights' certificates as well as 'Police checks'. We use a high powered mobile vacuum system to make the job safer and more efficient.
