Was given an opportunity when working in another industry and i really enjoyed it, so decided to swap industries and haven't looked back, have enjoyed it ever since.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

Our favourite customer story is any new customer we take on, always says to us that, their IT systems have never run better, and also seeing their cost of IT go down, and then helping them plan their IT use going forward in the future.

The different people we meet, and helping other businesses achieve their goals through the use of technology and IT systems. Also the satisfaction in knowing that the IT systems are running well and performing as expected.

We always strive to fix the problem first time, be it onsite or remote support. This way we don't have to go back and fix the same issue all the time. We also have a wide range experience from the phone line to the servers in the back room.

We come and fix the problem, so that you don't have multiple call outs on the one issue, also with our extended knowledge of many IT areas, we can quickly isolate and fix the issue in a timely manner.

We normally charge by the hour, but we also have bulk time rates, and service agreements available as well.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

We have been in the IT industry for over 10 yrs, and have seen all the versions all windows and the hardware that it runs on. We also have a diverse product and service range that covers just about all the IT needs of any size company.
