All customers are treated equally on price and design however Oneflare customers will be given priority to ensure a quick quoting turnaround. On simple designs a 24 hour turnaround can be expected.
How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
Please call and invite me to see the project before any work commences. This can improve the overall usefulness of the job and save you money. I strive for a high level of quality and a long life time, this will save you a lot of money in the future. Demolition of existing structures can be any easy task for a home owner to complete for them selves.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Quotes cannot be given without a site visit and consultation. Many things can effect the pricing such as soil conditions, existing structure conditions and land fall.

Insurance policies included professional indemnity, public liability and work cover. All projects carry a 6 year structural guarantee and and 12 month universal guarantee.
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
Blue Leaf Creations has always based it's business on honesty and integrity. After 6 years of business in the South east of Melbourne, our company is yet to receive a single bad debt as all customers have been satisfied with their construction outcomes.
What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
Who does the work? Me.
Where do you get your supplies from? All supplies are locally sourced and I use only Australian, sustainably logged timbers for the construction.
Can you help with permits? Yes, I can help you through this process and give you the required contacts.
What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?
Are you insured?
What is your regular work?
Where can we see your work?
What happens if some thing needs to be repaired?
Do you do cash jobs? You pay tax, why shouldn't your contractors. By paying cash for trade work you could forfeit your legal rights.
What do you like most about your job?
The creative part of my job is the reason I took it up, take a look at the facebook page and instagram blue_leaf_creations to see some of my more creative designs.
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
The 'Black Sapphire' was recently opening in Aberfeldie. A pirate ship playground on the banks of the Marabinong built for the Mooney Valley council. I was privileged to be at the opening day and see crowds of kids enjoying the new surrounds.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I first looked for a job which combined physical skill with engineering and creativity. A year of cabinet making led to 2 years of domestic carpentry and a further two years in structural landscaping, i also kept up an interest in art and furniture making. Starting my own company I worked for homeowners on maintenance before specialising in outdoor areas. I also worked for schools which led to play houses, amphitheatres, pirate ships and tubular bells. These larger commercial projects still leave room for the domestic out door areas mid term.
