Yes - we have full business insurance - trailer is in good clean condition - communication is very important to guarantee a good job

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

How often should I have my dog washed? Inside dogs, we recommend fortnightly, outside dogs, you can get away with every 4 weeks, dogs with allergies, fortnightly.  How often should I have my dog groomed? In hotter months, we recommend 6 or 8 weekly, in cooler months we find 10-12 weekly is OK.

Blue Wheelers Nambour pride ourselves on doing a great job every time, making sure your dog is well taken care of. We do our best because your best friend deserves the best :-) we are patient and communication with customers is very important to us.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

What breed is your dog? Are you after a wash or a groom ? If groom, are you after a full groom, or do you only need a sanitary (face/feet/bottom) ? Is your dogs coast matted?

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

With grooming - getting groomed regularly (or brushing regularly at home) will reduce matting. If we arrive and you dog is very matted, we charge an additional $10-$20 depending how bad.

If a Oneflare customer uses us and then books in a for a regular/permanent service, we will give $5 discount on all future services

What makes your pricing competitive?

We offer similar/lower prices to vets/salons where you have to drop and pickup your pooch, but we come to your home, saving you travel time and your dog stay in their environment they know

How do you normally charge for your service?

Washes are $25 - $45 Grooms are $65 - $90 Mini Clips / sanitary clips are $45 - $55 Treats start at $2.50 Treatments provided (worming/flea/tick etc)

clip and washing of all breeds - let us know what your specific need is for your dog. Our trailer is fully equipped to accommodate all breeds
