I have always found Veronica at BookSenz to be valuable assistance to my business over the last few years. Always willing to listen and discuss ideas as well as being calm and patient with difficult questions and tasks and trust me I can be a difficult client. Highly recommended!

Frequently asked questions

  • Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We are insured through Fenton and Green, and have professional indemnity insurance. We also guarantee our work. In an unlikely event of errors created by BookSenz, we will correct at no extra cost.

  • How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I started as an office junior many years ago. I enjoyed bookwork and had originally thought I would like to become an accountant. However, it didn't take me long to find out that I loved bookwork (putting things in order) and working with people, but not the legal tax laws that accountants need to know. I started my own business when asked to rescue a small restaurant which was about 5 years behind in their paperwork. Amazingly, I have found my creativity has come in handy for bookkeeping. I have the ability to think "outside the box" and this has helped me solve many difficult issues when helping businesses.
