-Step 1 – Put all receipts / bank statements / invoices   into envelope- mail to us, or satchel provided drop-off to us , or scan and upload to us via dropbox  · Step 2 – We receive either historical or live transactions (dependant on type of bookkeeping we have agreed to) . Step 3 - notate all information for each transaction on your bank statement to save us time asking you more questions

Bookkeeping is not accounting. It is the process of preparing the information that the accountant will use to prepare financial statements and interpret them. Bookkeeping consists of recording the day-to-day transactions of a business such as sales, purchases, revenues and expenses. Bookkeepers can also write cheque’s, make direct debits, make deposits and reconcile bank statements. This information is then provided to the accountant.
