We provide our clients with expert, competent and clean installations and service. We only use the highest quailty products and materials to ensure our clients piece of mind that they are getting great products for their hard earned money. We have over 20 years experience in this industry, we have a range of technicians which include electricians , plumbers, refrigeration mechanics and heating/cooling technicians.
How do you normally charge for your service?
We charge a service call fee to attend a breakdown unit, if we are quoting a new job/install there is no charge. If we have to return to site to carry out repairs we don't charge to return to site just for parts and labour. But before we proceed with any repair or install works we provide clients with a quote and await approvals.
What makes your pricing competitive?
What's makes our company competitive with pricing is we don't over charge, we are not in busy to be millionaires we care about clients and our reputation. We are a small company but have great relationships with our suppliers therefore get the best price we possibly can for our clients.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
Yes our company has full public liability insurance and we guarantee all our repairs and installations, our manufacturers also provide warranties .
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
We specialise in all aspects of heating and cooling, we also build cool rooms and cool room trailers, our electricians offer all electrical work also to our clients .same with our plumbers we offer plumbing work also.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Upon providing a quote it's great to know if the client has a single or double storey, if the have a particular brand or product in mind and if they were going to proceed what time frame they would be looking at for getting the job done.
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
The only answer for this question is that we are a trustworthy company, we will not install cheap brands or materials because this isn't how we do business, we take pride in our work and our reputation .

The best thing about my job is client feedback, there's nithing better than being told by a client how great our work is and how happy we have made them that's great.

Ask for references , ask questions on how a product is made and how it runs, any good tech will know those answers, also asks running costs if that's a concern, ask about install or repair times.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I Was given the opportunity to get into the field over 20 years ago and once I had experienced it I knew this was my future. I enjoy my work and providing great customer service to my clients

Not really I have so many stories, I have done many many job after hours as we offer that service and I had an elderly customer who insisted on coming up on the roof to hold a lamp so I could repair his unit in the dark,
