You should always ask if the business is Qbcc licensed and insured. Also look at previous works done by the company.

I do my best to explain everything to the customer to give them the best understanding possible from start to finish. I also make sure i keep in close contact through out the entire job so the customer knows exactly what is going on at all times

Truck access, how much earthworks needs to be done, the concrete you are wanting if it is plain or exposed, and what the job is. Eg shed slab, driveway, patio ect.

if you can have the earthworks and if any plumbing work needs to be done this is a simple way you can save money.

I am a small business and have been in the industry for a long time which allows me to purchase products at a trade price. I also have some highly skilled and very productive concretors working for me that allow us to get the job done efficiently and right the first time.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I charge based on a square meter rate usually.  I also give the owner/ builder the option of supplying labour and tools only if it suits them better. Every job is different so that is why it is important to have an onsite meeting before a quote can be confirmed

I speacialise in all concreting work from driveways to house slabs, shed slabs and any exposed aggregate jobs. Jobs big and small
