Yes . I am a insured business. I gurantee my work. There are no chances of you loosing any money at all. Because if it is risky to do it. I will advise you not to do it.

As i was working as Computer Technician. I though of starting a part time business which will help me money wise and I can help my customers in saving money. Because all the big companies charge a fortune.

One of my recent customer was an old age couple from cranbourne. They were having issues with WIFI. They called the telstra guys. They gave him a WIFI adapter. Which was droping out every 5 mins. They called another two guys . COuld not figure out why it was happening. I fixed it. It took a bit of time. But at the end it was done.They were very happy.

Computers are my passion. I have been dealing with computers since I was in grade 5. This job is very flexible as well. I love to save money for my customers and make them happy.

What is the qualifications of the provider. How long they have been dealing in their fields. What is their service availability. Can they provide emergency service as well.

They normally ask:- How long would it take. How much it will cost Can it be cheaper(Mine is already cheaper and i try to make it more cheaper.) Do i need to pay anything extra on top of what we have agreed.

I need to know the problem. If it ispossible customer can send me a photo of the issues they are having. But normally customers dont know what is causing it.

I do not charge any initial fee. So my customers are already saving. If there is no fix then i will not charge anything at all. If customer has got very tight budget . I try my best to do it in their budget.

If i deal with you first time i will charge the normal affordable rates. When you call me next time or after I will be charging almost half of the normal rates . Because by then you will be my regular customer.

I am a new business and I am looking for customers. Its my parttime business. I work full time in a college as Computer Technician. So this business is part time . So i will be providing affordable for my services.

We normally come to a flat figure. Which we are both happy with and give them a turaround time and do it witin the expected period of time and make them happy with our service.

I deal with laptop and computer issues. What ever is wrong with your computer and laptop I will have a fix for it. I also deal with Data Recovery. If you have deleted or lost your data. DOnt worry I will bring it back to you.

I have done Bachelor in I.T. then I did my Masters in IT from Melbourne. I also did some small courses on specialised computer technologies. I think that should be enough to be right person for tha job.
