My favourite customer story is with a lovely lady called Pat. Pat had a 1999 Mitsubishi Lancer that was so overdue for a service that after I performed a major service including fixing her drivers window that was stuck, called me a few days later and said she wasn't going to by a new one.

I love my customers it's so great to repair and service their vehicles. Lets face it it's the second biggest purchase you will make after your house. Therefore I am instrumental in looking after it.

My first tip is make sure you get regular servicing on your car. Secondly always get a quote as to the scope of works from a reputable mechanic. And my last tip is drive your car within its limits as it will save you money on petrol and general wear and tear.
