Calmnest Property Styling is fully insured. Our work doesn’t come with a guarantee as interior decorating is subjective however if you are not happy with the end result we will work with you to achieve customer satisfaction.

Will you require customers to share their COVID-19 vaccination status?

Accepted Answer

No. You are not permitted to share your vaccination status with us. Our stylists are fully vaccinated and we practice the best covid-safe practices.

We provide expert advice and a high level of professionalism. Our staging is targeted to the buyer your selling too, this means we have done extensive research into market trends of each generation persona and tailor our styling to specifically target those buyers.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We usually prefer to do an on site quote, however sometimes this is not possible so we will require a floor plan of your property, even a real estate marketing floor plan will do, this will give us the ability to see the entire layout of your home, we may also request photos of your property and rooms you want staged.

We offer finance to approved applicants. This option can be utilised for both property styling and furniture hire or for interior decorating requirements. Depending on borrowing capacity, the finance can be structured so that it incapsulates the cost of any furniture purchases.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

The cost of the property styling is paid upfront via direct deposit, this is the most popular method of payment. Alternatively we do have a Style Now Pay Later option - this means you can pay at settlement or in 107 days, whichever occurs first.

We specialise in property presentation. This means we are experts in providing the advice you need to prepare your home for sale as well as the installation of any furniture and accessories to complete the look and feel for potential buyers.
