Yes. I am an insured and registered business with a studio. My print products carry archival quality warranty (100 years through manufacturer).

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Honestly, I've been carrying a little point-and-shoot camera around in my handbag for as long as I can remember. It was a natural progression for me to upgrade to a DSLR. Once I had, it opened a world of possibilities for me and now, 12 months on, I've just launched my own photography business to follow my passion.

What do you like most about your job?

I like getting to know you and working with you, your strengths and personality to capture the sparkle that makes you you. Everyone has that sparkle inside, it's my job to work out how to bring it out, and when it comes out, the photos become like magic.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

What happens if you're unable to make it to my wedding at the last minute? If for some reason (it'd have to be pretty serious) that I am unable to make your wedding at the last minute, I have a network of qualified wedding photographers that will be able to step in, provide a similar or better service than I would at no additional charge to you.  How will you ensure that I'm getting the photos I really want? I will consult with both you and your fiance to go through and select some sample images that you would like replicated, so that we can create your own unique version of them on your wedding day.

Can you please make me look better? I can't change the way you look physically, but I can help photograph you from an angle or side that will most flatter your appearance. I will work with you to ensure the photos we capture are what you're looking for. I will give you little preview shots throughout the session to ensure we're both meeting your requirements.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

I am relaxed, laid-back and down to earth without losing the focus and point of a project. Before we actually go through with your photo session, I will ask you to provide me with your expectations and if you've seen any images you'd like to replicate, then please forward them to me. I want to ensure that you're 100% happy with the session and that we both know that your expectations are met before you even see the final result that will blow you away.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

The main things that I need to know to be able to quote for your photography shoot is to know the reason for the shoot, where you'd like the shoot to take place, and how long you'd like the shoot to go for. I have standard packages on my website but I am always happy to tailor a quote.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1. Advise if you're looking for an album upfront. Any albums with a deposit before the big day, will result in a 10% discount. You will still need to approve the final design before it goes to print. 2. Book on a weekday - weekday weddings qualify for a 15% discount off my standard packages. 3. Have someone to help with family photos on the day, and get them in and out, so less time is spent here and can be utilised elsewhere.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I try my utmost to remain as transparent as possible with my prices. For each shoot I have a base price which is listed on my website, and we can then tailor it from there. It costs no extra to have your quote tailored and itemised so that you can pick and choose what suits you.

I specialise in weddings and studio boudoir. I have my own private studio in Rockhampton CBD as well as access to hair stylists and make up artists.

I get just as excited about your day that you do. I will spend time preparing before the big event to make sure that I always exceed your expectations. I have photographed many weddings as both a primary and second photographer and I know what it takes to create heirloom albums, and memories.
