We aim to have the work done on time as per the ATO rules and deadlines, especially preparing BAS, IAS statements, preparing Superannuation payments to employee Superfunds and end of financial year PAYG Summaries.. Also using MYOB we prepare payroll on time for our clients & employees, check timesheet calculations , pay rates & taxes to make sure the payroll is correct and email payslips to employees.. General ledger reconciliations are balanced on the day clients request reports, which includes Profit & Loss Reports, Balance Sheets, Cash flow reports. Data entry for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable are entered into MYOB and checked.

  Awarded with CERTIFICATE 4 Advance Accounting, registered BAS Agent, 35 years experience as a Bookkeeper. Bookkeeping 19 years for: Bitzer Australia Pty Ltd who are Importers of Refrigeration Compressors and Airconditioners, Manufactured pressure vessels, Wholesalers, Export dealings , Import Dealings, and used Foreign exchange for payments. I gained extensive knowledge with Bitzer where I was training staff how to use TIMS software for Financials, Stocktake, B FX, Bill of Materials, sales, purchases, inventory stock and payroll. Also self employed as a bookkeper using MYOB for following industries:- Chartered Accountant. Bookkeeping for Builders, Engineers Inventing Micochip & Prototype for Mobile, Fruit Wholesalers, Chartered Accountants, Welding Business, Dun & Bradstreet financial collectors, 5 Medical Centres & 16 Doctors, Restaurants & Excavator contractor.
