When you approach us for a quote, please describe the problem completely & tell us if there is any thing that you think could have caused the problem & if you saw any symptoms before the problem.

Make sure, you tell us exactly what the problem is, where it started & if you experienced strange behaviour from your computer before the problem started.

We keep our running cost down by not having a fancy showroom/workshop & are able to pass on the benefits to our customers through reduced cost.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We normally charge a $100 call out which includes upto 01 hour of work at the customer premises. For customers who bring their computers to our workshop, we charge them $70 per hour for our time.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

Beside the normal repair jobs, we specialise in laptop screen replacement. We stock a variety of laptop screens & are able to provide same day turnaround to our customers for screen replacement services.  Data recovery is another area that we specialise in.
