Obviously the first obstacle faced was working out of hours to remove any disruption to store trading, this was both accommodated and carried out without question, your team happy to work around our trading hours through the night and even on a public holiday, the results achieved were outstanding and as daylight broke we could see the results of your teams hard work, sparkling windows, other than the sparkling windows there was no other evidence that you had been on site, all areas left clean and as found, this was both refreshing to see and very welcomed.
