  Very unprofessional and I had cleaner Heather cleaning an area I’ve specifically asked her not to and while she was dusting it she then proceeded to drop my expensive crystal. Showed up 10 minutes late and left 15 minutes early and couldn’t even bother to vacuum under the couch. When I tried to reach Tracey I didn’t get a response and I told my support coordinator, she said oh I’ll talk to Luke. When I got a call from Luke he told me that vacuuming under couches are not a thing in their company and tried to change the cleaner heather, but when I told him thank you I’ll be moving forward to a new cleaning company Luke hang the phone up on my face. The real reason I’m moving forward is because the people behind the desk is also very unprofessional. You need to train your staff better and Luke you need to have more professionalism over the phone as there is people living with disabilities . The reason my support coordinator spoke with Luke was Tracey couldn’t bother to call me back and I called her 1 hr after the clean . So here we are folks if you want a cleaning company that is unprofessional then this is the company for you! It’s actually better to have the owner of the company to do the work and then you won’t worry about anyone having to clean dodgy

  Very basic cleaning, lots of areas missed and the actual clean was not really done properly. I had to redo a number of rooms and areas.
