Each one of us is fully insured and trained in order to work in safety both in private houses and construction sites. This is a must for us window cleaner! Also, we are OH+S approved.  Experience and feedbacks are our best guarantee!

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

The customers usually ask us what do we put in the water, and we usually reply: " If we tell you, we have to kill you!" Or they ask us how much do we charge. Bad news: we quote once we see.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

We only do window cleaning. No gardening, no gutter cleaning, no general cleaning. We believe that the best way to offer a high level service, is to focus only in what to do best.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

I would say, the local window cleaner is the one able to give you a better price because there is less travelling involved. Sadly, many window cleaner look like beggers, rather that qualified workers. They might be experienced, but you won't feel comfortable in letting them in with your kids, or to compromise the image of your business. We offer a good level of experience and...we are cool!! :)

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We usually need to know if you have  1. Any very high window ( more then 3rd floor) 2. Bars at the windows 3. French windows Also is very important for us to know if the job is a simple maintenance cleaning or a post-construction/renovation, as we may need to scrape the paint of the glass.

In order to make our pricing competitive, we strive no to give quotes by phone or online. This way we make sure that what we offer is exactly what the customer is looking for. Tailoring the price to the service makes the customer happy as there is no unnecessary waste of time and money.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We usually charged accordingly with the difficulty of the job. French windows, rusty fly-screens hard to remove, high windows and bars are all things that will increase the price.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We are specialized in coating treatment for shower screens and pool areas. The treatment makes the glass water-repellent for about 10 years. It makes the cleaning 90% easier and it is specially indicated for glass panels that are consistently exposed to water and dirt. The most visible advantage is the absence of that ugly (and very hard to remove) white layer, and a notable brightness.
