  Hired Brett to do aggregate concrete and gave clear instructions to colour match existing beige aggregate around the house. Paid him in advance and when I arrived home saw the concrete was grey and not beige as requested. As a result I have beige concrete joining up to the new grey concrete that looks completely out of place. Tried contacting him a number of times and no response, received one text back from him advising he couldn’t colour match and it was the best he could do. Tried contacting him again and have had no response. Extremely disappointing results

  Upon completion, The surface was so rough it held pools of water . The contractor said he would completely replace it. When they arrived, they decided to cover the poor work with a skim coat, which started breaking up shortly after completion. Both One Flair and I have tried contacting the contractor, he has disappeared, along with our money, We are left with a disgusting mess.
