Christine Whitwell - Marriage & Civil Celebrant design and plan your wedding day to absolute perfection. I am a Marriage & Civil Celebrant based on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. I would love to be the celebrant for your ceremony. I have lived a lifetime of experiences and as a recently appointed celebrant she brings lots of enthusiasm and fresh ideas to help you create the perfect ceremony to meet your needs. I am a member of the Australian Celebrants and Celebrations Network (ACCN), completed my Certificate of Celebrancy in 2009 and hold a Certificate in Life Celebrations; both certifications were completed through the Academy of Celebrancy Australia. Having been married for over 40 years, I became a celebrant to share that commitment to marriage with couples embarking on a wonderful journey through their own life together. I live on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria and have extensive resources and ceremony locations available, be it large or small, formal or relaxed.
