1.Research the current projects in your area and gather images that you like, to assist in preparing a good   design brief 2. investigate local builders that have a good reputation and that could achieve the type of construction quality and budget you require 3. Know your site or existing house and compile plans, surveys and titles to add to the design brief

Lump sum fixed service fee, however hourly rates are used for expert advice and short assignments. The service fee is usually invoiced progressively during the project on an agreed cashflow program

Residential design from alterations and additions, individual houses through to medium and high density complexes that have won awards. My retail design and planning expertise is invaluable in most larger mixed developments
