  Thank you to Scott and his team for doing a thorough and beautiful clean of my home. It’s rare to find cleaners these days who take the time to get to know you and what’s important to you in a clean. Everything was communicated so well and in detail what both our expectations were for the clean. Very very happy customer and would definitely recommend to anyone needing a one off or ongoing cleaner

As outlined in our communications, our policy mandates that a Service Agreement must be signed before any job can be officially booked. Upon review, it appears that this crucial step was not completed on your end. While we noted your active communication and the detailed list of tasks you provided, the absence of a signed Service Agreement unfortunately meant we were unable to proceed with scheduling your service. This policy is in place not only to protect our operational integrity but also to safeguard the interests of our clients by clearly defining service expectations. We aim to provide clear and straightforward instructions regarding our service booking process, including the necessity of completing the Service Agreement. This ensures that we can deliver the high-quality service our clients expect and deserve. In conclusion, if you had signed the agreement has you had indicated you would the clean would have been book and completed.

  My wife and I have been using Cleaning Excellence's services for regular house cleaning for over a year now. The quality of the cleaning is fantastic and our cleaner is very friendly as well. What I love most though is the consistent, reliable service - our cleaner arrives punctually at the agreed time every fortnight without any fuss. Other cleaning businesses we have used in the past would often not show up to the job, or show up on random days, and often the service was sub standard. Cleaning Excellence on the other hand demonstrates what a professional, reliable cleaning service looks like.
