Simple information like what size, how many, what substrate, Who is going to see it (can you actually see where you first thought might work best), What are you hoping to achieve, When do you want ( need ) it by, Where is the signage going to be located, Why are you needing signage - exposure, identification, public awareness ???

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Firstly - have a clear understanding of what you want to achieve through a visual medium Secondly - be realistic in terms of outcome. Many "designers" fall for the trap of overuse of colour. Think Coca Cola, ANZ Bank, Ford, Coles- All have the research that says "keep it simple". Finally - have a genuine ( or generous ) budget and know where this price point is.   REMEMBER: Signage is an investment - NOT an expense.

What makes your pricing competitive?

In signage - basically what you see is what you get. This is SO important in todays competitive market. Intrinsic value is paramount. How the market and your competitors see your brand. Coastal Signworks concentrate on design and the premium products used to create a superior outcome.  We jokingly liken the process to the making of a cake. The individual elements used are the same - but it's what you do with the ingredients that make it "special".  Coastal Signworks take pride in competing on product rather than price. Our pricing however is always super competitive for the product you receive.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Unlike most, Coastal Signworks charge by the project - not the hour. "By the hour" costings can become VERY expensive. It is in our financial interest to complete all projects on time, without compromise on quality. This ensures we have a literally ZERO call back rate and are extremely proud of our full 12 months warranty on all projects.
