How did you decide to get into your line of work?

It took me quite a while to decide what I wanted to be when I grew up but every job I ever did that I enjoyed involved working with Computers, Teaching Others and playing with numbers.  I worked for number of years as an employee but have never been more satisfied than when I took the step to provide my own services to hardworking small to medium businesses that need help the most

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

I moved to small town in rural NSW just outside of Goulburn.  I was contacted by this lovely gentleman that had his own lawn mowing business.  He loved his job but hated the book work so he engaged me to do this for him.  This man was so greatful for how simple I made it and also the advice I gave him on how to make better profits etc he then insisted on mowing my lawns free of charge every month to say thankyou.

I love to help hard working small to medium business owners get their life balance back by empowering them with simple easy to follow methods to keep their bookkeeping to a minimum so they can spend time with their family, friends or relaxing instead of working all hours to keep the bookwork up to date.

Most customers the first thing they ask is how much?  I am very conscious being a small business owner myself of the need to keeps costs to a minimum however when it comes to bookkeeping the most important question should be does this help me run my business better?

Provide Software file if you have one, Paperwork for all expenses and bank/credit/cash card transactions, Bank Statements, Credit Card Statements, Petty Cash Receipts, Pay Pal Monthly Statements, financal return for previous year for checking of opening balances, chart of account setup

I can usually find ways to save my clients time, money and often their sanity that can often equate to more than they have paid for my services.

Clients can arrange for a fixed price quote, an hourly rate with an estimate of hours for a particular service, a quote on weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual or one off services.
