If you are selling then we aim to provide a completed section 32 statement within 48 hours of those instructions provided all certificates relative to the property are received from the authorities within that timeframe.  If your property is affected by owners corporation then it may not be possible to provide section 32 until the expiration of ten business days having regard to the fact that the owners corporation generally takes 10 business days to provide response to an application for owners corporation certificate. Speak to us first particularly if you are buying. Get a free report on the section 32 for that property you are proposing to purchase before you make the offer if you are selling then tell us before your first open for inspection so that section 32 may be ready in time

A GST Tax invoice will be provided to you around settlement time.  Payment of our agreed fee must be paid on settlement date.
