Model and make of computer. What needs to be done eg. hardware upgrade, troubleshooting etc. Location and suitable time for appointment. Operating System eg. Windows XP, Vista, 7 or Mac OSX

Look on the internet for solutions on how to do thing eg create a Word template. Keep your Antivirus software up to date and scan your computer often. Be as specific as possible when contacting me for help, this can save time and money for you.

Being a smaller operator my business expenses are not as high as bigger companies and businesses. The hourly rate of other businesses is usually much higher in order to cover premises,staff,wages,super etc.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Cost of parts can fluctuate of course on what is required.Hourly rates start at $65 per hour and $30 per half hour after the initial hour. Most jobs usually are completed within the hour but larger tasks can of course take longer. I liaise with customer along the way to ensure there are no surprises.

Specialise in solving all PC and MAC issues both hard ware and software. Can upgrade computers and detect and remove viruses and malware. Excellent at setting up networks for home and office.
