  I have full public indemnity insurance. All brand new hardware has a 1 year warranty and labour is guaranteed for 30 days. The only exception to that is if you have have inadvertently click on something to put malware back on your computer.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I have always had a passion for I.T. work. My first computer, dare I say, was the humble Commodore 64. I had enough of my retail job I was in for over 12 years and decided to go into something I really enjoyed back in 2002. Never looked back.
