Since 2000, CAS has been servicing Melbourne's south east and the Bayside. CAS has maintained solid business during this period forged through doing the right things right and treating our customers and trade partners in a manner we would like to be treated. The CAS director, Roland, studied, trained and entered the trade in his homeland of South Africa and further extended his worldwide experience during a four year period spent working in the UK as an airconditioning technician. With this time served, Roland moved to and settled in Australia, he found his way in Melbourne’s airconditioning market and with a list of loyal and satisfied customers started trading CAS – Coolro airconditiong services. The team at CAS is a confident, customer focused unit, we enjoy the challenges of our work, enjoy the atmosphere built working with other trades. We aim to work in partnership with the other trades on a project. We have a pride in what we do and this feeling is instilled into our newer team members and apprentices. CAS pride ourselves on doing the right things right, doing things well and therefore doing things once. We work to all of the industry standards and regulations. What we do; Residential; CAS is a service provider so we take on all aspects of the airconditioning trade. We are authorized Mitsubishi heavy industries service agents. We do residential works covering design, sales, installation, servicing and breakdown repair. These projects gauge from a single installation in a standard suburb through multi home new builds, units and apartments, to high end new builds and renovations. We have recently completed projects in Toorak, Brighton and Brighton east. These homes are multi-million dollar residences the owners of which command only the highest standard of finish. Commercial; CAS handles various commercial projects. We offer, installation, breakdown repair, maintenance, air balancing and scheduled service plans. We have a wide commercial customer base. We have several educational institutions that we have looked after for many years, we cover clients with shops, restaurants, Bars, florists and pretty much everything else. An area of our commercial business that is becoming a standalone section is office remodeling.
