Yes, I am insured and I guarantee my work. Since digital products change very rapidly, if the work I have done or completed malfunctions within 14 days, I will come back and rectify the issue free of charge. This does not include equipment malfunctions.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I was employed at different places for a number of years but I've always dreamed of being an IT guy for a particular organisation. It turns out that having my own IT business was what I really loved. I've also been doing it for a long time for friends and family.

I love the interaction with different types of people and the joy I can give when I've resolved a particular issue. I've found that the common brands aren't always the best and I love educating customers of such.

Why is my computer so slow? Usually it is a software issue. All computers that are connected to the internet are vulnerable to nasties. A good cleaner could fix that. Hardware issues are a different matter. Inspection of the device is required.

I've been in the industry professionally for a few years and personally for over a decade. I understand that we are all consumers at certain stages and I always try to put myself in my customers' shoes when doing a job. Best of all, I have the skills required.

Always keep your receipts and the license keys for your software. Always remember your email or account passwords. In this day and age, these are VERY valuable! Don't always trust the big companies for antivirus. More often than not, they are a waste of your hard earned money. Speak to me first.

I go above and beyond the usual things that other IT guys would do. I believe my rates are actually below the industry standard.

IT is very broad and can get very complex. More often than not, the best way to get the most accurate quote is for me to come by and investigate the issue myself. Then, I can provide an accurate quote that is fair to all parties.

I specialise in cleaning up computers and making them faster and more responsive for an overall better user experience. I also specialise in making the most of your current internet and network connections.

I've been learning about computers and related technologies since I was 16 and teaching myself as technology keeps changing. I also have a Diploma in IT that I completed in 2016.
