How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I love Ideas and Creating. I have been drawing and designing since I was a kid. I have had the best years working in all sorts of industries and travelled for work. So it decided on me.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

Over the years there are only a small handful unhappy stories from clients that were not prepared or who were not honest to begin with about their financial situations. All the rest of them are favourites as I am now friends with lots of my clients and they get free work done on occasions from me.

Happy Customers. and a satisfied feeling that everyone is happy and feeling that they got what they wanted and more.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Ask them what there service covers. ie when a builder comes in to do your bathroom ask him if his work prepares all the of the next services so there is nothing left undone or that other services wont touch and you have to call the builder back again. Each service should deliver a finished job.

There are so many different ones. it comes back to honesty and looking at all the variables for each situation.

I am just honest even if I have bad news I will tell you. Its the only way to be in Life.

I give honest and blunt answers even if I miss out on the work you will get an honest answer.  If you look at my webpage, I make, I paint it, I install it. So my experience comes with practical knowledge. I will also tell you when I am not sure or don't Know which is the best way.  Honesty .

What is your budget. Is the money ready to go.  Do you have builders and permits.  what kind of time frame are you looking at.  What is the expectations of what i will do and make a list of those expectations. This can be negotiated to suit anyones needs.

Know what your looking to ask.  Make lists. If you can bring ideas and samples of any ideas you might have.

I am happy to discuss what your happy with and what your budget is. I would rather someone have a completed job than a dissatisfied client.

I usually charge on an hourly rate. This allows you to track how your spening is going. but I am happy to work on a fixed rate.

Consulting and designing are my key areas these days. Due to all the practical experience I can offer practical and real advice depending on your budget.

I qualified from college in Perth over 30 years ago and trained on the job in London Sydney and the gold Coast. Learning to build and Create with some of the best technicians in the world.  In between amazing Film projects I worked in London on building conversions and renovations.
