Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?
I specialise on ly in Wedding and Deb gowns. Unlike dry cleaning, no heat or harsh chemicals are used, so this is particularly safe for beading and delicate fabrics. All gowns are individually hand cleaned. A total service of cleaning, steaming and preservation boxing is offered.
What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
I have researched preservation techniques used by museums etc. With over 5 years experince, a total focuse on wedding gowns, and a real passion for what I do, I am the best person to clean your gown.
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
I specialise in Wedding dress cleaning, but not just the cleaning I also focus on preservation and correct storage wich helps in the long term presrvation of the gown.
How do you normally charge for your service?
I have a price guide on my website. A client only pays when they collect their gown, so after the work has been carried out. I accept bank deposit, cash, visa or matercard.
What makes your pricing competitive?
I am a home based business so am able to keep overheads to a minimum. I am much cheaper that Melbourne prices and even have ladies coming from Melbourne to Geelong as it is worth the trip down the highway!
Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?
$40 off wedding dress cleaning. If anyone brings their gown to me to be cleaned and preserved and has been put in touch via Oneflare, then I will give them $40 off the total cost.
How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
Tip 1: Have your gown cleaned as soon as possible after the day. Any marks and stains will have less time to set in.
Tip 2: Do not store your gown in plastic, remove from any plastic bag and wrap in a cotton sheet. Store away from sunlight.
Tip 3: Do not try to clean off any marks yourself. Leave it to the professionals
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Pricing is dependant on the style, size and fabric of the gown. I would need a very good description of the gown, or a photograph emailed or sent via mms to me. Seeing and the gown and knowing what the fabric is will help me to provide a quote.
