  I'm so happy with their service! I needed an inspector last minute and they came through, with only have requesting their services a day before. They provide such a detailed report and delivered it on the same day of conducting the inspection. Shout out to Anthony!   Same day report indeed. Happy with the service and thoroughness of info. He called us to explain and give a brief on the main issues from his findings prior to the report. We'll engage DC services again until we find our new home.

  Could not be happier! I did a couple of google searches to find out who would be the best fit and truth be told, I didn't actually see DC come up or if I did for whatever reason, I didn't think much of them. However after getting a couple of quotes from other groups, I received an email from David with an example of a property report which to me seemed very thorough and exactly what I was after. I was also very happy with the pricing as I felt like other companies were charging an arm and a leg or just seemed a little too salesy on the phone. Come inspection day and Anthony was the one conduction the inspection. Lovely human being, genuine, scrupulous but also fair to not be a complete a**hole to the builders. The builder was present at the inspection and I used to think that the relationship between a build inspector and builder would be terrible but Anthony's demeanor and professionalism made it such an easy and chill time. I honestly got caught up just chatting with the two of them and lost track of time. I would highly recommend DC to anyone. You can tell they are experienced and know what to look for and instantly point out of it is an issue. 100% will be using them for all our future inspections. Thank you team
