  Not too happy with the building and pest inspection service received from them. While the inspection/report did not fail to provide photos and reports of every single mark on the walls , they DID FAIL to report on a leaking shower floor so major that was either present at the time of inspection or showed through the ceiling straight after their inspection!!!! (although tshower moisture tests, etc were conducted).

  Hi Mohadeseh, to date we have not received evidence of moisture readings from you of the alleged leaking shower after repeated requests. A major waterproofing non-compliance to the shower was identified in our report at the time of inspection which would lead to significant issues in the future. The bathroom would need to be completely stripped out and renovated in order to rectify the issue we identified. Failing to do so could lead to future leaks and membrane failure. We also note on the day of inspection there was no rainfall however we did identify major non compliance issues with the roofing that would lead to potential future leaks. Our report suggests there are significant non compliance issues that may have led to the alleged leak however it is important to decipher the source of the leak before making a judgement. The non compliances identified clearly stipulate that there is the potential for leaking in the future. I hope this helps.
