Our business is insured for up to $20,000,000 public liability.  If for any reason you're not entirely satisfied with our work, simply get in touch and we'll refund 100% of your money - no questions asked. That's our promise and our satisfaction guaranteed policy.

In order for us to provide you with the most accurate and comprehensive quotation, we'll need 3 things from you.  1. The amount of guests attending 2. Your spending allowance 3. The level of service required (basic / standard / executive)

Our standards and quality are high within the products we produce and the services we offer, bringing you the lowest prices possible every day and that's our promise. Our relationship with suppliers enable us to pass on cost benefits directly to you.  If you happen to find cheaper a quotation from our competitor, we'll not only match it but we'll beat it by 5%.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We prefer working with peace of mind and complete transparency with our clients. All of our services are charged flat fees - no hidden costs or surprises.   At the end of the day, we'll send out an invoice to your nominated email address where you'll have 14 days to finalise your bill. We accept all payment methods.
