  We hired Avant to complete our concreting and landscaping in late November. We highly recommend Avant Concrete after our experience with them. There’s many things to like about their service. We enjoyed the excellent service that Gary and Lin provided us from start to finish. Avant provided us a competitive quote whilst upholding the highest quality of service on the concrete and astroturf they provided. They also provide excellent after care service when the job was completed. Most importantly, when we discovered that our builders cut a shortcut that affected our use of our backyard that resulted with the job being delayed, Gary and Lin did not charge us extra for any of the delays while we endevoured to get our builders to fix the issue. With Avant’s service and customer care, the total hiccup was resolved swiftly. The reviews you are reading about Avant are genuine customers. They are very easy to deal with, maintains a quality of work, and Gary and Lyn are honest people that takes pride over their work as well as looks after their customers.

  I couldn't recommend Gary and Lyn enough! Having had a number of quotes, I was incredibly impressed by not only the knowledge of both Gary and Lyn, but their passion for their work too. They came with a brochure of all the different types, colours and styles of concrete, and even advised me on what would look suitable and be more durable. They gave me a range of options and prices and didn't do the typical "lets go for the most expensive" like I found with the other businesses that quoted me. On day one they arrived on time and enthusiastic, and even went above and beyond by assisting in the clearing of the bark and shrubs that was already there and got to work on digging out the clay below. They finished the job ahead of schedule, and came back to lay down the treatment and gave me so much advice on after care. All finished, it looks absolutely gorgeous, and I am absolutely thrilled I chose the concreting over decking, and even more so pleased that Gary and Lyn did it for me. I honestly would give them a 10/10 in every area possible, including cost, quality of work and product, knowledge, and for service. Thank you both truly for the work you have done. As discussed, we will be using you again for the front driveway and also recommending you to others in the area who have seen the work you have done at ours, and are interested in using you too.   We hired Avant Concrete to complete a landscape and concrete job for our new house. One of my daughters wanted a long jump pit and the other, a space for a vegetable garden. We ran into some problems with water pooling (from the excess rains that fell the week the job was being completed) in the long jump pit that had been dug and Gary was thorough in designing a drainage system to ensure our back garden did not get flooded once all work was completed. He and Lin, his wife and business partner, went above board in making sure our needs for a low maintenance garden and mini sport yard were met. Our family are more than grateful for their services for a job well done.
