  Asked Ben to put up a clothes dryer on the wall for me and he put the controls at the top so I could not reach them without a 2 step ladder. So obvious that the control panel needed to be on the bottom. Really didn't know what he was doing. I was out and left him in the house but he could have called me!! Extremely Disappointed .

  I did tel her the controls going to be to higher And the dryer bracket made to be on top she side okay After i finish she call me to tel me the controls to higher I ll try cost two hours more she did not call or massage me I did not receiveany payment form her

  Can’t comment on quality of work as we did not proceed. Originally quite happy with Bens response time and suggested quote. Was friendly and arrived on time for final ‘sighted job’ quoting where he verbally indicated no major difference in his original time needed and pricing. However the final fixed price he sent through later that day was double what he’d originally suggested and when questioned as to why he was unable to substantiate the difference except to say it would take longer. We were extremely disappointed as at no stage was this communicated beforehand and we felt he was taking advantage of the fact we required the job to be done quickly. I would be very careful proceeding with any jobs going forward without requesting full transparency on his labour and materials.

  I sought a quotation for a tiler to tile a bathroom. Decor Cabinets replies with an utterly absurd quotation of "4 hours", seemingly having not even bothered to read the job description. I can only wonder how awful it would be to actually engage Decor Cabinets to perform a task that requires any kind of description or instructions.
