Yes we are fully insured and we guarantee our work. If the problem persists, you do not pay until it is resolved.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Computer repairs, software development, networking and technology is my forte. At a very early age I was building and repairing PC's and discovering advanced methods in computer repair and optimisation. I get a buzz out of impressing my clients, its the most satisfying felling!

Optimised & repaired hardware faults for Jenny's older laptop, she's over the moon about its performance. We received a call from Jenny saying it's running better than her newer computer, she even noticed features she never thought it had, and is extremely happy having saved on purchasing a new one!

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

The best question to ask to make sure you get the right person for the job is "How long will this take?" and "Do you have experience with ... " and name your computer / device / software. Sometimes the 'how-long' is hard to answer, but if you describe the problem you should at least get an estimate.

The most common question is "How much will this cost?" - the usual answer is "$150" because on average we charge for one hour, and an instance of travel for pickup / delivery each even if it's a problem that takes all day to fix.

We are Newcastle and Hunter locals and take great pride in our work. Anyone that is interested can contact the dozens of Hunter businesses that are our clients for a reference.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

We only charge for the work delivered, not time spent. If it takes hours to complete but it's a simple problem in the end - you will only be charged for the simple problem.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Before we can provide a quote, we need to know the nature and the urgency of the problem / requirements. If the fix needs to be done immediately and onsite at the customers premises, it can cost a little more. If we can work on the equipment in our workshop we charge less.

Customers can save money by: 1. Having their passwords ready. This includes any email passwords ect for programs that need to be fixed 2. If it's a laptop that we need to fix, provide the power supply. 3. If you want to save the $25 travel for pickup / delivery we can make arrangements

Our rate is $100 per hour with $25 for travel. We do not charge for time spent, but for the job that is delivered.

For residential services we prefer EFPOS, and issue invoices and receipts on the spot. For ongoing support we can set up a 30 day account.

We specialize in computer optimization, helping our customers to get the most out of their assets. Why just fix it when you can make it do much more, and get better bang for your buck.
