  We used Francesco Fall ones services as a construction designer. We were tremendously satisfied with the level and professionalism of his service. We in the beginning interviewed 6 designer/architects. To start on with, Francesco's professional fee was very realistic in association with the others. What I predominantly retain information on first meeting him was his instant take hold of our specific project requirements. Other architects had raised the apparition of several problems that they felt would be difficult to resolve with Council, which had in turn caused us to become stressed and uncomfortable. Francesco's calm and self-confident manner was therefore very reassuring; he told us that none of our concerns were irresolvable, which proved to be accurate. In fact, our DA was passed through Council in what might be considered record time. Francesco liaised straightforwardly with us throughout the entire design procedure, adapted to our time constraints (we could only see him out of usual business hours) and listened to our brief carefully, saving us much time and effort. In addition, our design requirements were quite inventive and not at all straightforward. Francesco delivered what we asked for by both listening to us and by making practical and levelheaded design decisions. Finally, every builder or tradesman that we have shown the finished plans to has described them as graceful and contented for his contribution in such an motivating project.

  Design Atelier conducted each and every one business in a tremendously professional and enthusiastic manner. My company has used Design Atelier services several times to design our company symbol, business cards and other graphics used in our website. All work was accomplished in a appropriate fashion and at very logical prices. I would highly suggest their services to every one for the high quality service.

  When we first spoke to council about our top story exchange they informed us that it would in all probability be would not be supported. Francesco went through our unique purchase agreement and found a little loop whole concerning our floor space ratio and organizes a Streetscape Analysis Report that showed a well-built preference of our proposal too council. We used Francesco of Design Atelier to design an attic adaptation for our terrace. He was well-organized and great at contributing both creative ideas and practical knowledge. He got this tricky suggestion from beginning to end council in less than 6 weeks. The result was accurately what we'd hoped for with a basically sized spiral stair case and a new room that maximized space and light. We now have this amazing attic back away with a great view of the sunrise. Thank you, Francesco, for all your help and resourcefulness.
