yes, of course we are, we couldn't run a professional business in other way. We guarantee our job 100%. If some for some reason is not satisfied with our work we are happy to re-shoot, until they are 100% happy. it hasn't been necessary in these 16 years, so we are doing something right, I guess

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have a creative soul and love people, love listening (  a bit of psychology ) and the camera allows to connect to people, they respond , and we can fill a blank canvas .. Love experimenting with angles, with light  Once the people connect with you it's amazing the outcome. Some people are not prepare for a session because they have previous bad experience, so it's very important to talk to them give the time, and it happens, they understand why they felt like that and from then on , they love the camera

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

To many to write, but the fact that we have covered dover engagement photos for so many couples and then their wedding photos => parents anniversaries, pregnancies, newborn photos, christenings and so on, we really feel we are part of their families, it's an amazing feeling. Our images are their memories and stories they are passing on to their next generations. yes we feel very proud of that :-)

When I see the expressions of happiness when a client receive the completed job. We always aim to deliver as soon as possible and have a little surprise for them. even a tiny momento, something that it can be very dear to them.

We find that most of the times the client doesn't know exactly what they are after, It's part of our business to provide a service that facilitates the client experience. It has to be simple but the client needs to feel comfortable and understood.  WE need to educate somehow what are the trends for photography, where are they going to display the work? what kind of decor do they have in their homes, would it blend it, stand out? We promise that we'll facilitate the process for you, and try to over deliver .

What to wear for a photo session, locations,  these are personal questions, once we talk to the client, we know the purpose of the photo session, the things they enjoy doing together as a family, a couple, etc, we can advise them accordingly and show them examples of DO and DONt's .

THat we have it on Paper :-) A potential client can check up our referrals, we have Sooo Many! and also: We hava a photo session agreement with details of all the things that we will provide, and all the terms and conditions.  One signed copy for the client and one for us.

The best referral comes from clients who come back to us, over and over again. So if we charge reasonable they can afford it more often. We have special prices for our loyal clients, of course :-) We don't over price or trick clients to purchase more, we have a open price list, we also offer specials for special dates coming up, Mother's Day, Valentine, Christmas , Father's Day that are dates that people love to give the Gift of Memories to their loved ones.

How do you normally charge for your service?

It can be per hour, or a fix price with inclusions, say a canvas, an album, a Multimedia , USB We usually talk to the client to understand the type of service they require, to see how much travelling is involved, and we offer them a quote for the coverage and also provide a price list of photography products we specialise. eg; Acrylic blocks, canvas, albums, books, etc

We love people and pets, can be outdoors or studio. The magic of manipulating the lights to create amazing fine art images! Depending on the subject or the occasion will recommend accordingly.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Graduated in Commercial Photography from WSI Tafe in 2001, and previously in Visual Arts, experimenting my creative with painting and drawing. In 2003 joined the Australian Institute of Professional Photography, became and Associate and served as Council Member for 4 years. Was in these years that I focused in Portraiture and Wedding. Casual Photography teacher WS iTAFE 2011 to 2013.
