How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I was an electrician for the first ten years of my career and became sick of being away from my growing family due to mine work and my father offered me a position in his business that he had been running for thirty years so I am proud to say I am a second generation Tiler

Yes a customer wanted to keep her kids hand prints in the slab I was Tiling so I suggested that I would cut round circles in the tile so they could then place clear perplex over them to make them still visible after Tiling was complete (see attached picture)

I love seeing a outdated and drab bathroom turning into the dream bathroom the client has in there mind as a lot of people have trouble picturing how the end product is going to look

I need to know what size area is being tiles and I need to know the size of the tiles being laid

1 - By looking for current specials at tile shops 2 - By mentioning they found me on one flare they will receive a 10 per cent discount 3- I can suggest on a job to job basis how they can save even more by doing some of the prep work needed before I commence work

By industry standards I charge on a per meter basis although sometimes a hourly rate is needed for certain installations
