The things we like most about this industry are meeting new customers, spending time with existing customers and tackling difficult IT problems.

To be honest experience trumps everything else. If you hire someone that has large amounts of previous experience they're going to have developed faster methods of diagnosing and fixing things (which works out cheaper in the long run).

This is a really hard question to answer because it will depend based on the problem the customer is experiencing.

Try to be as clear as possible with the problem, document the issue, what causes it to happen (eg. When you open a file the error is: "x"). This makes it a lot quicker to diagnose and remedy the issues.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Pricing isn't the key component people should be looking for, however keeping that in mind given our experience, we have developed relationships, methods and tools that make it quicker than normal to do most jobs. In the long run we work out cheaper than most.

How do you normally charge for your service?

The way we charge depends on the type of job we're quoting on. If it's a large job we base it on a discounted hourly rate, for smaller jobs we bill at a set hourly rate, with a minimum of one hour charge.

We specialise in small to medium business IT solutions whether that be software licensing, servers, workstations, printers/MFC's, networking or home office computers.

We Have Attained multiple certificates and partnerships with companies as Hewlett-Packard, Symantec & Microsoft just to name a few. Ben also has a Certificate III in Information Technology, he also comes with just shy of 10 years professional industry experience.
