What a great experience! Arrived on time, given our current setup he needed to order an additional part to wall mount a new TV. George said he would call me in a few days, that he did, we made an appointment and again, turned up on time. During the instal we chatted about hobbies/interests, ended up on the topic of karaoke (We have had other 'audio specialist' suggest solutions worth thousands). George said he can improve the sound quality of the existing setup and asked for permission to tweak the setup. Now we have a karaoke solution using our current tv and existing sound system as installed by George at a fraction of the price along with a much improved sound for watching movies (and karaoke) with no additional hardware. Would most definitely use again and big thanks!Mandy P

(Mounting huge TV on wall with cables inside wall) What a great job George did the other day for us! And the amount of knowledge he has is astounding. We were so grateful for his advice, and grateful for Ruby packing everything he needed! Experienced and quality minded people obviously, to know what to bring to a site unseen.
