  I'm in my 80's but have been using computers for many years and thought I could get my way out of most problems, but my PC refused to load and, after having tried everything I knew I decided I would have to get someone who knew more than I did. I decided to go local, and found Dimension 3 only about 1kM away from my home. I suspected that it might be cheaper to buy a new computer as I thought I would probably be charged almost the same to fix my existing one. I was wrong! Jeff, the owner, was not only a computer consultant but could fix both software and hardware. He rescued my files, installed a new solid state drive and for a much lower price than I expected. The "new" computer works brilliantly. Dimension 3 not only provides excellent service but offers very good value for the work done. There are other computer repairers around the area who are no doubt good at their work but if I have any problems in future I will be going back to Dimension 3.

  An exceptional service from a great team. free Pick up and delivery made things so much easier for me, since I'm always at work and is so hard to get away at times. Jeff came to my home and picked up my laptop and fixed it on the same day. .even Delivering it back to me at home on a Saturday.
