Years of running a successful homewares business has given me an enviable contact book, and developed my eye for layout and design, which in turn helps my clients create a home that reflects their personal style. HOW I WORK CREATING YOUR SPECIAL HOME I feel it’s all about creating your personal space, which is why I work with my clients one-on-one to create a bespoke design experience. DK Lifestyles clients will only work with me from concept to installation. Each project begins with a phone call, followed by a comprehensive meeting at your home. This allows me to explore your space and discuss the various steps of the project, followed by an agreed scope of work and an estimate of fees and out-of-pocket costs. No job is too large or small – we will work with you. Projects can range from complete restyling of an empty home – from a small apartment to a large family mansion – to decluttering and adding fresh fabrics, linen and artwork to an existing furnished property. All my interior designs are tailored to each individual property to secure the best possible results. RESTYLING TO SELL Stand above the rest of the market by restyling or renovating your home to sell. At DK Lifestyles, we work with our clients to use their own furniture and accessories, to personalise their home while updating it for sale. Our home restyling services include minor cosmetic/colour changes, redesigning room layouts, removing excess clutter, re-arranging furniture, artwork and accessories, selecting and sourcing new furnishings, fabrics, fixtures and fittings, addressing lighting problems, and more. We work to integrate your existing furniture wherever possible, combining it with new pieces carefully sourced and accessorised to achieve a coordinated and aesthetically pleasing effect. We ensure that the layout flows well and features artworks and other personal touches that reflect your personality. In a competitive housing market, first impressions really count.
