  We were at our wit's ends! We had two stressed and misbehaving dogs. Our German shepherd's anxiety barking had even prompted anonymous letters from "concerned neighbours". After a visit from Sasha and some great tips (for the humans) we had two beautiful, well adjusted dogs again. We even got a follow up visit after a house move brought on some temporary anxiety. She saved us and gave us back the two dogs we originally fell in love with. Thank you Sasha!!!!! Cannot recommend Sasha highly enough!!!!!!!

  We totally recommend Dog Ease for anyone contemplating adding a fourlegged individual to their household. Our puppy is a happy, calm and balanced individual - and I 100% give credit to Sascha. Wish there was level 2 courses to attend to learn more.

  We used Sasha at Dog Ease 6 years ago and she was just so good...both with us and with our two Staffy's. She explained and demonstrated everything so very well. She wasn't clock watching at all and took as much time as was needed. Sasha had our two puppies doing all sorts within such a short space of time. Since that time, I have spoken to Sasha twice needing help and she talked me through what to do each time. Nothing is too much trouble.

  Thanks, nothing better than hearing from past clients from a long time ago, as it means you are still keeping up with your end of the bargain to maintain a great relationship with your dogs. It's defiantly life lessons for all future dogs too.

  I had Sacha come to my house to help me out with my boxer dog; Bruno. It was amazing what she had him doing just in the first few minutes of working with him. Sacha in the few hours she was there explained to me how to get what I wanted out of my dog. I wanted some cool tricks, for him to come when I called but what was most important was having a calm dog that could be around everyone. Sacha knows so much about dog psychology and I had all the tools I needed by the end of the consultation. She really is amazing at her job.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I have always worked with animals, first in a veterinary clinic in the UK, but I leaned towards running the puppy schools whilst I worked there, and so my passion for dog behaviour grew, I worked as a dog 'trainer' for many years before deciding to become a 'Dog Listener' in 2005. I don't believe you ever stop learning, working with dogs is not a choice for me- it is a must, I couldn't imagine doing anything else.

• Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

  Dear Sacha, Thank-you for everything you have done to help us and our little dog. Snowy is now almost completely off medication for her behaviour problems which she has been on for more than a year and is a much happier and more confident little dog. The information you gave us has been invaluable, Snowy responded instantly when we changed how we interacted with her following your rules.
