  Job was to repair non-working ceramic cooktop. Even though he was punctual, pleasant and helpful, after he left I realised that I should not have paid the exorbitant price charged. Whilst attempting to remove the cooktop from the bench he broke off a large piece of it, which meant it would now have to be replaced anyway, irrespective of the initial problem. For this I was charged $209 - for an hour’s work! Not a bad hourly rate! And I still have to buy a new cooktop and hire an electrician to install. Well and truly feel like I’ve been ripped off!!
