Yes, we feel it is most important to keep ourselves fully insured.  Also upon payment of work done we will provide a 2 to 10 year warranty depending on what type of waterproofing is applied).

We understand what is like to work  within set time frames, and will do everything within our power to stick with these. We also understand the need for regulations within our industry and hence will not cut corners.

DR Waterprooing provides quality work and never cuts corners.  We are always prompt and reliable, with reasonable, competitive rates. We are fully insured and licensed.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We need to know the type of area that needs sealing as well as it's size. We also need to know about any at risk features of the area eg. working from a height or in a confined space etc.

How do you normally charge for your service?

All works are charge by the meter. The prices vary depending on the type of work done and product used. We  can provide a written quote if needed. After work is complete we will then invoice you.

DR Waterproofing specializes in all aspects of waterproofing both industrial and domestic.  For example  we apply injection, sheet, and liquid both acrylic and polyurethane along with all sized joint sealing.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I have 30 years construction experience, 25 of them in the waterproofing industry and am now fully qualified and QBCC licensed. I have worked with large building corporations,  small builders, and owner builders.
