Dream Home Inspections is designed to offer a professional, thorough and expert inspection of all the major, minor and suspected building defects that agents/site supervisors don't want you to see. Lots of time building defects can be covered by existing owners before it comes to market. We also includes cosmetic defects in the report for new houses. We provide our clients with independent and objective advice about the condition of a building and how building will behave in future. This advice enables you to make an informed decision, usually about whether to purchase a property or not. Our Building Inspector Max has over 20 years' experience in Construction Industry. He has Advanced Diploma in Building Surveying from Victoria University Sunshine. He has Bachelor of Building Surveying from Victoria University Footscray to further his knowledge about new construction methods and material. He has worked at different Councils as Assistant Building Surveyor for few years and now running his private building inspection company. He has done Diploma in Civil Engineering from overseas and worked as a civil engineer for many years in various housing and multistory projects. We use latest technologies and equipment such as Thermal Imaging Camera, Tramax Moisture meter and sensors (non invasion), Spirit levels, Laser levels, Lase measure, Formaldehyde detector and many more according to job. Our inspections comply with and are conducted under the rules and conditions defined under Australian Standard AS 4349.1 and AS 4349.3. We provide same day report.
