Provide us with sample ideas and concepts before the shoot. We love to know what style and ideas you like and want to create and will work with you t achieve the shots you want.

We need to know where you want the shoot, what time of day and for how long. We need to know if you need makeup and hair provided as we can provide that service as well.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
We are insured for public liability and our equipment and will guarantee our results. Our previous work speaks for itself, and our customer testimonials are our rewards.

Always ask these questions of a photographer and you generally need a yes. Do you shoot in RAW? Do you use off camera lighting? How many edited images will I receive?
What do you like most about your job?
We love capturing customers faces and smiles as they enjoy themselves at a wedding, party or on a shoot. Those moments are unique points in time and being privileged to be part of them is amazing. We love to ge the moments that bring a smile to your face when you see them.

Every one flare customer who spends over $300 will receive one complimentary 12"x 8" glossy print from a photo of their choice from the shoot. We love to see our art printed.
What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
I have paid for professional training courses relevant to the specific photography I do. We now provide training courses to up and coming photographers and have 2 apprentices we are teaching as well. We have been operating a successful professional photography business since 2009.
What makes your pricing competitive?
We pay public liability insurance which means we cannot compete with backyard uninsured photographers. However we operate a mobile business that means we don't have to pay for large studio rent that we have to pass on. We can rent studio space specifically if needed for a job.
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
Ask out customers and check out our webpage for their testimonials. We turn up on time, charge the quoted rate without hidden extras, and act professionally and ethically at all times.
What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
Q. Can you do something different from the regular boring photos we see? A. Absolutely - we hate boring. Every customer gets what works for them, not shoeboxed into the same tired poses and locations and white shirts and blue jeans stereotypes.
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
Chloe’s Grandad came to us for something special. He bought her a nice dress, we provided makeup & hair & a photoshoot and hetook her out to dinner. Lucky Chloe! She very nervous when she arrived but an hour in the makeup chair had her relaxed and we got some gorgeous photos for her and her grandad.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I just love taking photos of people. Many people said you have a talent for that - so I took the plunge invested in the gear and the training and have never looked back. I love shooting people and giving them photos they love too!
