  I engaged with Donnelly Law Group to navigate two legal matters: an application to vary a civil order and a breach of said order. Although they demonstrated proficiency in managing the criminal aspect, my interaction regarding the civil matter proved less satisfactory. While Donnelly Law Group exhibits strengths and confidence in their practice, my experience on this particular occasion fell short of expectations. Despite their efforts to rectify the situation, for which I am appreciative, they ultimately failed to meet my expectations.

  I recently had to go to court for the first time and I secured the services of Donnelly Law Group to represent me in court, there help support and guidance through out the whole process leading up to my court appearance was amazing, and they were able to help me get a very good outcome on the day.   My experience with Donnelly law group has been far more then outstanding considering Rachel Carson not only helped me and saved me from my own situation but gave me the help i genuinely needed to have a better and different outlook not only on my life but the others lives around me.   They will call you for initial consult and show empathy and explain their services, act like them care. Tell you to text any questions and as advertised on website, same day response. Pay deposit and no responses, still waiting for a response to a text sent 2 months ago. Didn’t even get a call from my lawyer prior to my court date. Lawyer met at court told me probably 2 years no license and will get conviction? Was first offence. I said no I want no conviction and lesser time losing license being first offence. Rather pay a higher fine. I would never use Donnelly law group again. The most stressful time of my life being first offence, couldn’t even have the decency to respond to any queries. Just want your money.

  Hi there Jade So sorry to hear about your less than perfect experience. In fairness, on review of our records, you received a $1000 fine and a 9 month loss of licence with no conviction for a very high reading more than 4 times the legal limit.
